often not a full solution to their issues and doesn’t represent the level of service we guarantee.
Mineral Masters has provided consulting and engineering services to customers across
numerous industries. We believe that the best solutions that provide maximum ROI require a
deep understanding of the solution that needs to be reached. To achieve this, we like to get on
site and in-person to learn about the needs and issues at hand.

Mineral Masters sales reps and engineers put in the time to visit the site, speak with staff about
current process and operating standards, learn what issues they face, and gather samples and
date required to solve these.

We will never pressure a customer to buy our chemicals or equipment to solve problems, but
rather offer a roadmap to resolution, while offering suggestions on how to do this in the most
fiscally efficient way possible. Mineral Masters often offers the chemicals or system equipment
needed to solve the problem if our customers desire.

How we work

  • Introduction to the issues or process improvements that need to be addressed

  • Visit site, work with staff to gather an understanding of operations and what shortcomings are at hand, gather data and samples as needed

  • Perform lab analysis on site and at our lab to determine what factors are in play with the at hand issues

  • Provide a written report of findings, discuss and educate staff on what we believe root causes are and how the problems can be resolved quickly and efficiently

  • Offer chemical, service or equipment system solutions that maximize ROI and fully solve all issues
